Division of Nephrology Outsteps Competition
A Division of Nephrology team entered the WashU Moves step challenge three months ago. “Limp of Henle” team members Steven Cheng, MD, George Jarad, MD, Hary Hoffman, RN, Ben Humphreys MD, PhD and Anitha Vijayan, MD have collectively walked more than 6,500,000 steps since the contest began 80 days ago. With 299 registered teams, Limp of Henle currently ranks 9th overall. Walking is an ideal exercise for anyone with kidney disease.
